BConnected

Do you struggle to forge meaningful relationships, communicate your thoughts, feelings and needs directly? Are you often feeling angry or dissatisfied with friends or family? Do you have difficulty trusting others? Do you feel anxious about dating? If so, join BConnected - you'll be in good company.

Mindful Self-Compassion

A weekly group for students who struggle to treat themselves with kindness, designed to help you improve your relationship with yourself by finding a healthier balance between self-kindness and self-accountability.

Finding Home

A drop-in support group for students struggling with homesickness. Are you missing home? Feeling sad or anxious? Having a difficult time finding your place at BC? Come once or weekly. All are welcome. Lunch Provided.

Waves

A 3-week workshop series for students who struggle to control their emotions. Learn to surf your emotions using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a well-established treatment that teaches skills for reducing suffering and regaining control including Emotional regulation and distress tolerance.

My Body, Myself

A weekly group for students who struggle with body image and regulating the relationship between food and emotions. Together, members will participate in activities designed to deepen their compassion for their bodies and facilitate new, more empowered, more embodied, relationships with themselves.

HEAL

A weekly group for survivors of sexual violence who want to connect with other survivors and support each other around the stressors experienced as a result of an assault(s). All genders are welcomed.

Mind Body Balance through Biofeedback

A 4-week group workshop series for students experiencing distress and anxiety, and who are interested in learning techniques to increase their mind, emotions, and body connection. Biofeedback technology will be used and loaned out to students. Access to a smartphone is required.

Far From Home

A drop-in support group for international students. Join us for conversation, connection, and navigating challenges together. Meets every other week in Gasson Hall. Lunch provided.

Anxiety Toolbox

A drop-in workshop series for students struggling with anxiety, rumination, and panic to learn anxiety management tools and strategies.
