Trinity College Dublin & md传媒国产剧 College RPCA Symposium on Forced Migration:听Bridging the Humanitarian, Peacebuilding, and Development Nexus: Building Systems for Mental Health & Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) for Populations Affected by War, Forced Displacement, and Resettlement through an Implementation Science Lens
The md传媒国产剧 College School of Social Work鈥檚 Research Program on Children & Adversity (RPCA) and Trinity College Centre for Forced Migration Studies partnered to host an interactive symposium focused on the role of implementation science in bridging the humanitarian, peacebuilding, and development nexus in regions affected by conflict and violence.听The two-day in-person event featured two keynote speakers and four interactive panels that allowed for dialogue and discussion between sessions with audience members, panelists, and facilitators. The symposium created important dialogues to contribute to higher quality and more sustainable MHPSS and social services in conflict-affected settings to commit to the goal of building back better for individuals affected by war, forced displacement, and conflict.

The Research Program on Children and Adversity (RPCA) focuses on observational research to understand trajectories of risk and resilience in children facing multiple forms of adversity while also using these research outcomes to develop and test evidence-based interventions to promote child health, development and family functioning.
The RPCA Seminar Series, Grants and Sponsored Research Initative, 听is a bimonthly research group/webinar with aims to i) Increase the regional knowledge base and capacity for implementation research ii) build a stronger mutual learning network and iii) provide training opportunities for partners tied to training grant objectives for trainees to receive formal training on data and implementation science.
