The Department of Chemistry at md传媒国产剧 College is committed to creating and supporting an inclusive and diverse community of students, faculty, and staff within our department. The Diversity, Belonging and Respect Committee was created to provide a forum for conversations, education and mentoring to further enrich our community. We welcome and encourage people of all backgrounds to join our department and promote our mission within md传媒国产剧 College and the greater scientific community.
Our main objectives are to:
- Facilitate conversations, seminars, journal clubs and social events to foster diversity, belonging, and respect for our community
- Educate our community on topics related to diversity and inclusion
- Provide mentoring and research opportunities to undergraduate/graduate/postdoctoral researchers from all backgrounds
