Profile

Nathan Kearns teaches International Cybersecurity at BC Law, providing an in depth global perspective of international networking and communication including foreign governmental and industrial espionage, global economies, international privacy and liability laws, sovereign threats, non-US government agencies, security standards, cybercrime, cyber terrorism/warfare, and import/export requirements.

He works full time with the United States Department of Defense, serving as Director of Operations to plan, manage, and execute over 150 international missions in 100+ countries. Additionally, he works as the Air National Guard Assistant to Air Combat Command, coordinating INDOPACOM/ACC team activations to support COCOM and OUSD-P priority engagement with Taiwan operational leadership and legal advisors on air/space operational real-world discussion.
