Elbert Hardeman is an Assistant Vice President and the Operational Risk & Cybersecurity Compliance Officer for the Federal Reserve System 鈥� National IT.聽Hardeman has had a 15-year career at the Federal Reserve, working for the md传媒国产剧 Fed, Cleveland Fed as well as the Richmond Fed. Prior to his current role,聽Hardeman served as an Assistant Vice President of Information Technology and Resilience and was the Business Continuity Officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, 聽prior to that role, he served as the Deputy Information Security Officer (ISO) in the Federal Reserve National IT Information Security Office.聽Hardeman also served as the Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for two U.S. Treasury payment applications at the Federal Reserve Bank of md传媒国产剧.
Prior to joining the Federal Reserve,聽Hardeman worked as an IT consultant with Deloitte in New York City.聽Hardeman also served as a Peace Corp Volunteer in Morocco.聽Hardeman currently serves on the board of the md传媒国产剧 Debate League, an after-school debate program in md传媒国产剧.聽
Hardeman聽has earned a bachelor鈥檚 degree in business 鈥� Management Information Systems from California Polytechnic State University, a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.), and a Master's in Cybersecurity, Risk and Governance from md传媒国产剧 College. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and a proud Eagle Scout.
