Lai Wei is an assistant professor in the Business Analytics Department at the Carroll School of Management at md传媒国产剧 College. She is interested in research topics motivated by emerging retail practice and customer behaviors. Her recent work studies omnichannel and e-commerce logistics, inventory management, product strategy and pricing analytics, and social-class related consumer behaviors. Her research has been published in top management journals, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management and Operations Research.听
Professor Wei received her Ph.D. in Technology & Operations at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Antai College of Economics & Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.
