2101 Commonwealth provides beatiful spaces for meetings and conferences. Groups can gather, discuss, learn, and connect in any of five rooms where original pieces from the adjacent McMullen Museum of Art adorn the walls and large windows fill the space with natural light. Depending on your needs, there are projectors for audiovisual displays, boardroom tables, and spaces for receptions available. Whether you are planning a small board meeting or a larger conference, 2101 Commonwealth will be an excellent venue for your next event.

Facility Rental

As meeting sizes and requests are highly variable, all meeting and conference facility rates are determined based on space use and number of guests.

Deposits

A nonrefundable deposit is due when the contract is signed.

Cancellations

If the reservation is cancelled, the sponsor will be responsible for a cancellation fee as outlined in their contract.

Payments

Payments for events are by check made payable to md´«Ã½¹ú²ú¾ç College or with a credit card.

Catering

Since all menus are specifically created for each event, catering costs will vary depending upon menu selections. A 20 percent administrative fee will be added to all catering costs. This fee is used to supplement the operation of the center, including setup, breakdown, and cleaning costs. The administrative fee is not a tip, gratuity, or service charge.

Alcohol

Because all alcohol menus are specifically created for each event, costs will vary depending on selections and services. md´«Ã½¹ú²ú¾ç College provides all alcohol services.Ìý The center does not allow alcohol to be brought in for any circumstance and reserves the right to limit and control the amount of alcohol served.

Specific information regarding pricing will be provided by the event coordinator.

Other Fees

Any additional services required will be charged directly to the client.Ìý These may include state and local taxes, damage fees, service, etc.
