The fifth annual md传媒国产剧 College Diversity and Inclusion Summit will take place on May 20, the Office of Institutional Diversity has announced. This year鈥檚 event, 鈥淭owards Inclusive Excellence,鈥 will be held in a modified virtual format due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Each year, the summit brings together BC administrators, faculty, and staff to reflect on and discuss issues related to race and identity at the University. The daylong event typically includes a keynote address, panel discussions, and break-out sessions; past themes have included 鈥淭ransformational Dialogue鈥 and 鈥淟earn, Reflect, Engage.鈥 聽

鈥淲e believe that it is vital to continue to keep diversity, equity, and inclusion at the forefront as we move through these challenging and new times,鈥 said OID Executive Director Patricia Lowe. 聽鈥淥ffering the summit virtually allows us to do so in an accessible and safe manner.鈥
